Best Buy installed the dryer perfectly. Definitely buying my larger appliances from Best Buy from now on. Service is excellent.

After no help from Samsung I got rid of the washer and got a top loader instead. This dryer has held up so far with no real major issues. One issue/gripe I have tho is that sometimes the dryer doesn’t FULLY dry items no matter if it’s a single/small/medium or full load. So I have to keep trying to dry certain items at times.
