Easy to use, quiet, and can handle large loads. Wifi is kinda useless though.

Great Product! Only complaint is that it is a little expensive. Easy to use once you get the hang of it as it has a lot more options than my old dryer.

Absolutely the perfect washer and dryer set for me. Easy to use, quiet, and the cycles don't take long at all. My installers were great too. Lots of room in both the washer and the dryer for larger items, such as comforters too. Definitely recommend!!

The dryer looks good and the WiFi connectivity works well by displaying a popup on your phone when the drying cycle is done. Sensor drying, however, works so-so. If you are drying anything moderately thick (especially towels/bedding) or that has pockets, it doesn't matter what sensor drying cycle you use or whether you select the highest level of dryness, things will come out moist, at which point you'll be forced to put it in again and manually select timed drying. Likewise, the lint filter is made of very flimsy plastic. This wouldn't be a problem, except that it is designed in the form of a plastic purse with a closure at the top, which has to be opened/unfolded to access the lint. Hence, it looks to be very easily breakable and fragile.

After doing a lot of research after purchasing my first home I decided on this dryer. It’s durable and it get the job done. I love the WiFi connectivity which sends a notification when the cycles are done. Holds a queen size comforter. The dryer is very quiet which I love. I have an electric connection so I had to get an electric dryer which takes a longer time to dry in my opinion but other than that it great

The moment my dryer was installed I was blown away. I was just so excited about giving my new dryer it’s first spin. The drying performance was amazing. My clothes looked and smelled so fresh and clean.. It was super simple to operate. No buttons to push just a simple touch. This dryer’s features surpass my expectations. The dryer cycles coincide to the levels of dryness. I truly love all the features this dryer has from the sensor dry to the steam feature, etc. This is the most, amazing dryer I have ever owned. When family and friends come over my house, i quickly take them to see my new dryer. I never thought that I could fall in love with a dryer but I have. I will continue to share my recommendations of this dryer with family and friends through word of mouth and social media.

I love my washer and dryer so much ! Best investment I ever made with Best Buy ! I’ve had them for 2 years and have never given me an issue the team who delivered and set up my washer and dryer were amazing ! Definitely recommend making any of your electronic purchases with theses guys ! They make everything super accessible and affordable, the customer service is always top tier. I have never been disappointed in any of my purchases, everything has given me a bang for my buck !

Dries loads completely through, even towels and blankets. I use the driest settings on my loads to ensure thorough drying. I also use the permanent press cycle for all my clothes. This ensures no wrinkles. I've set up the dryer to send text messages to my phone when the cycle is complete through the Samsung Smart Things app. Love it!!!

I find this product to be excellent and a good value. On my second set after 14yrs with the first pair. Just need to explain to buyers the lint filter and how to clean. Took a while to figure how to open it for a cleaning. Finally got it after close diagnosis. Clothes are clean and dry well always. Thank you for a good product.

This washer & dryer combo is awesome. So much space for big loads of laundry and so many different features. I love using the sanitize feature for my work scrubs, makes me feel like they’re truly clean. The only reason I rated 4 stars rather than 5 is because the paint scratches very easily. Otherwise, it’s a great washer/dryer combo!

We purchased this dryer as an open-box returned item. Not sure why someone returned it, however it saved us some money, so we took a gamble on it (we purchased an extended warranty just in case). This is the first front loading dryer we've had, and it has been excellent. It has two steam settings, one of which we use frequently to get wrinkles out. Although we haven't taken advantage of all its features, it does everything we need. I would definitely recommend this model or the new equivalent.

This dryer is so Awesome! It drys your clothes really fast and no need to run it more than once! I also really love the fact the that with steam options you don't need to put in water in the dry you just turn the knob to steam and it comes right on that saves on time not having to fill that steam container . It also is very quite you can hardly hear anything even with the laundry room door open. There is also a cool light that comes on in the dryer when the door is open. The color is so sleek and very modern! It looks really nice in the laundry room , You will not regret this purchase

I waited over a month for this dryer as it was on backorder but I’m glad I stuck it out and didn’t opt for another! The steam function is awesome and it can refresh your clothes before putting them on to get out wrinkles. And I love that it has a moisture sensor to automatically extend the time if not dry. I tried putting multiple big items (blankets, towels, sheets) and it kept extending until they were all dry. It seems frivolous, but the led light is actually useful as well and didn’t realize how much I would miss it if turned off. Great dryer, lots of features, but I haven’t used the Bixby app feature. I just don’t feel the need to have my washer dryer connected to the internet.

I would have giventhis item, which I love the color, no-prints, and price was equal to all others. The Samsung, I purchased just had a bit more to offer, and others did not have this color. However, the front door arrived bent and we saw water on the floor? We were perplexed, because dryers have no water source. But (YES) it does the steam option. So the Geek Squad came over and it was the door that had a slightbend and causedtheseal to notclose and sealproperly. The steam unit was working properly, according to Geek Squad. Love the item, new door and seal and problem is corrected. Thanks.

In n the two days we have been actually using the drier it has been very quiet and easy to use. It dries very fast and instead of a bunch of beeppppppp beeeeppeepppes it plays soft musical notes to let you know it bh has finished. Can't wait for washer to come in so we can start using it as well. Oh and don't forget the washer hose for your new driver so you can have steam. Get the length you need. A quick measurement to make it easy to hook up. Haven't tried the steam option yet. Figured we had enough humidity to get the others wrinkle free. Haha

This dryer is very large, highly efficient and super quiet, we are very happy with this purchase.
