    This dryer works well. My only complaint is when it was installed the tubing going from the dryer to the wall was dented in and I found a scratch the dryer received during delivery.

    So far so good! We had to get a new dryer because our old Samsung had a cracked drum. Took a chance getting another Samsung because it had the features I wanted and I liked the idea of the smart alerts. It definitely dries more quickly than the previous model we had which is great! Unfortunately, I've had trouble connecting the dryer to the app so I need to problem solve that. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
