Best Buy customer service was very helpful with replacing a damaged unit. Everything went really smoothly.

Really clean looking and quiet

They are a little bit lighter and therefore a little bit louder than my previous dryer. But it is very quiet and does the job. The lint trap is a different design. Which is strange at first but it appears to do a much better job of catching the lint. Specifically it is a double fold and you open it to clean it out. Generally catches twice as much as my old dryer.
