I bought the set, the washer and the dryer and don’t have major complaints, except that I think that the washer is kind of little bit noisy with the high rpm’s when it’s spinning, the dryer is like every other dryer, nothing super special so, the color and the design and the finish are great though.

The delivery team was the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They didn’t even install the appliance’s I’ve reached out to Best Buy 7 times and haven’t heard a word back. I returned everything and still expected to pay for delivery last time I’ll ship at Best Buy.

My only complaint is that it's extremely loud. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment, so this may be less of an issue in a larger house/apt. I wondered if it's an installation issue, but nothing seems amiss and it works fine, I just have to leave the apartment or put in earbuds when I'm using it.

So we got this Samsung, since the same thing happened to our LG washer a few years ago and we got the Samsung and are very happy with it.

Works great, no problems now that it is installed. The installation process took longer because the first dryer delivered had such a bad dent that it could not operate. While Best Buy fixed the problem, the added two week delay compilated the laundry schedule.
