A bestbuy representative advise me to use the dryer until the replacement comes in. The noise that it makes is unbearable to even use. When purchasing please check your appliances before delivery team leaves. Or you could be disappointed like me

Best Buy is selling defective equipment. I purchased this new in box and best buy has been to my house at least 4 times regarding this equipment. The 3rd time that they came, the washer was already dented in box. The original washer and dryer wouldn’t start a load and the dryer wouldn’t dry warm.

Received dryer damaged

Called for a replacement, and the replacement also had a dent in the same location, just not as bad. Also, the new dryer is making a clicking noise. In the process of having someone check out why it's clicking during dry cycle.
