Does not matter if its clothes only, towels only, or sheets. No heavy duty cycle, no dry items. I haven't figured out all the options either so maybe that has something to do with it. There are still a lot of features i need to learn.

This dryer is terrible. If you're looking to spend hours trying to dry your sheets and towels, this is the dryer for you. It constantly rolls them into a ball and then signals they are dry. On the bright side, the sheets get rolled into such a tight ball, they are uniformly wrinkled...even the wrinkle resistant ones! I've tried all of the suggested corrective steps an no change. Ended up returning for a different model.

Best Buy must inform the customer that they are selling in house repaired items. Dryer came with lose drum. Hence the movement and the noise while drying. Most of the items in the location had loose drum. It seems cheap repair with Best Buy good name is causing trouble for pick up and drop off. One should always buy new Item.
