I’m happy with this purchase. Easy to use. Does take time to know which cycle is best for what you’re drying. I like that you can still adjust a cycle accordingly. Compliments the matching washing machine.

The machine does a good job washing clothes, is not too loud. Has a good amount of options. The end alarm is long and loud, need to figure out how to change this

Great overall. Able to connect to wifi but does not have the capability to start and stop a cycle.

I absolutely love the Samsung Smart appliances. If I had to do it again though I would only buy them in electric. You lose so much functionality by buying gas with smart things.

It’s a good dryer, large capacity, but it’s “normal” Cycle doesn’t get my towels dry and I have to run it twice.

As expected! Would buy again. Only issue was the first unit was defective, but the replacement works great.

Not a bad product does the job. Everything is digital and you use the dial knob to choose your settings instead of the display showing everything and choosing by hand.

The installers did a fantastic job quickly and efficiently. Still learning how to use the many options for operations available. Looks good and so far does a great job.

So far the washer dryer work week, but the installation process thatI paid for was a train wreck. First, my dryer needed a side vent and that wasn’t delivered, so they could only set up the washing machine. The installers did not hook the waterline to the sanitizing connection in the back of the washer! Then when a new team came to hook up and install my GAS dryer, they were in and out quickly. They turned it on, everything worked and then left. My wife and I had the house maybe 20 min after the installers left, when I decided to go back and get a warmer jacket. That move saved our lives and house. When I entered, my house reeked of natural gas! I opened ask the windows and sprayed soapy water on the connections. It leak looked like a bubble bath! I turned off the gas. All this going on when my son was upstairs working from home on line with the door of his room closed! I cannot tell you how upset I was with this. I videoed the leaking gas bubbles as well. To add insult to injury, while moving the units to reach the gas line, I cut my hand in the ridiculously sharp dryer vent attachment elbow, which I then promptly covered the 6-8 razor sharp pieces with dryer duct tape so that doesn’t happen again! I’ve spent about 10k in the last year at Best Buy. (Kitchen and laundry) Each time nothing but issues!

This washing machine replaced my old one I had for 10 years . I have this on a pedestal. Itspinns fanatically but my clothes are dry when they come out.
