Small load going, literally a towel and 3 pairs of jeans, end of cycle and still not dry. Try to run another cycle and it shuts off after 5 mins. Even after unselecting Eco option. Wish I bought something else.

In fact, when I attempt to dry something heavy, I have to go start the dryer again about every 5 minutes because it keeps sensing the outside of something like a comforter being warm and shuts off. & to make it better, you can't turn the "feature" off. So, I have to run up and down my stairs 30 times to dry a twin comforter. Now, I have to make going to the laundry mat part of my schedule. What's the point of having laundry in-house? Awful. No, I don't recommend for this reason. Otherwise, it functions fine.

The machine made a thumping noise on every revolution of the drum and didn't dry our cloths on any of the different cycles. We took the the machine back after 8 days and BB was great on the return. Full refund on our purchase.
