Purchased kitchen and laundry appliances to upgrade our home before selling. Loved all the Samsung units so much, that we purchased all of them again for our new home. Jeff, sales associate, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with on the purchases.

The gas dryer does work as expected but the connected app does NOT turn on or off the machine, it only notifies that it's complete and gives options to other available cycles. Also at delivery I had to use my own old water hose because it wasn't included and the BB associate only placed gas hoses to my order.

So far excellent machine, dries very good, I love the WiFi feature, seems very efficient, many options and we all love the refresh and sanitize mode. My wife and 2 of my sons work in hospital’s and sanitizing their scrubs after a hot water washing is alone worth the purchase.

I have had various dryers I have used over the years. This one is an upgrade from our last for sure. So far the gas/steam has been working great. Didn't take long to set up either. Thanks Best Buy! Love getting my appliances from you.

Great dryer, bad delivery experience. Best Buy took 4 attempts to get it right. First two damaged the last they forgot steam attachment I ordered so had to come out 4th time to install.

We are enjoying our product so far! The machines are expensive but I guess thats par for the course, especially with COVID-19 times. So far so good!! Hoping to get another 20 years out of the like we did our last ones. Theyre a different brand so, we'll see.

Very happy with purchase even though I wanted two models higher than this one. I needed 2 washers and dryers but was difficult to get without waiting so I settled for this series.

Simple and practical. Cheap price. Large capacity. It is enough for a family of three. The function is also very powerful. The laundry is very clean. The drying speed is fast

I love the new unit I just upgraded my whole house to samsung products and I wouldn't change a thing but I would make sure you have a good protection plan cause not alot or people like servicing samsung ...that's all I really recommend

Vibrates a bit too much . Have it on the pedastal, that might be the issue. Took weeks to figure out the programs and wifi set up. Samsung support could not resolve connectivity issue. Home technician from Sansung was able to resolve connectivity issue in 2 minutes.

It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and looks great. The hookup was a little trickier than I expected since you have to have cold water running to both the washer and dryer for steam. I would not recommend paying extra services for dryer hookup as it’s overpriced.

Overall a great dryer but in the description it said that it has heat sensor but i find myself having to dry my items for a second time when the sensors should detect that the items are still damp

We just recently bought this, less than a year ago, and the drum has stopped spinning. Will update when we find the issue. So far, Samsung customer service has been decent!

This dryer does what it was made to do, dry clothes. I am upset that it was delivered with a huge scratch in the front. Easy to use for the most part but I can't seem to figure out the whole Wi-Fi thing.

everything works great and is perfect. my only complaint is the top metal of the washer and dryer is not that thick and susceptible to being dented from moving the machine around. all in all amazing dryer

I am happy with this I bought the pair: washer and dryer. The steam and disinfected cycle it’s good. I did not use it as a Wi-Fi connected because I did not need it. Very pleased with the purchase. The fingerprint resistant good also.

I love this dryer. It is huge inside. It is very quiet. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the lint vent is rather hard to pop open and being plastic im afraid too much pressure will snap it. Otherwise its a great dyer

No regrets about this dryer, although a little on the pricey side we’ve definitely gotten our money’s worth. It is a little low so I recommend the bottom storage that I goes on.

Overall really happy. Only thing i will say is the dryer took some getting used to. For things like jeans and bedding you have to use the timed dry because any other setting doesnt dry it all the way
