works good. dries my stuff. Still getting used to the settings. It fits a lot of stuff. The smart feature tells my phone when it's done.

Excellent Dryer, Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel is beautiful, So far Dryer working above expectation Digital control amazing. We also with the dryer installed a brand new washing machine also Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel that complement the quality of the equipment in our Laundry Room. Need to mention that each one are on the pedestal that is available and is very helpful for storage and improving the height of the wash and dryer for confort while doing the laundry

This Samsung dryer is exactly what my family needs. Large capacity with all sorts of drying capabilities! Very easy to use!

This dryer works great, as expected. It takes some getting used to, learning to know which cycle to use for which type of loads. Doesn't dry well with small loads on the sensor cycles, but that can be worked around by using the time dry on these types of loads. App isn't all that helpful, considering you can't actually turn on the dryer once it's off (if you wanted to re-start an extra large comforter load for instance). It basically only tells you when the cycle is done, which is a bit helpful, I guess.

This is a super nice dryer. Works perfect and also have the internet option to let you know when cycles finishes.

I love how much quieter it is than my older dryer and how efficient it is. Tons of different cycle options and steam abilities!

Our sales person, a really personable young man (whose name, regrettably, escapes me at the moment) was fantastic. He knew his stuff, i.e., he helped us decide on our new washer/dryer by comparing and contrasting different features of the brands you carry. This was very helpful to us. In addition, our transaction got complicated when we had to leave before completing the sale, only to return later to do so. He picked right up where we left off, which I found to be amazingly conscientious. Whoever hired this young man should get recognition from Best Buy for doing a great job in picking personnel. As for our calm and conscientious salesman, he should get Employee of the Month, in our humble opinion. At the very least, please share with him our high opinion of his performance. The movers, Hugo and Pablo were excellent! First off, they were knowledgeable—having given us a mini tutorial on how to operate our new washer and dryer (i.e., how to operate the steam mode, cleaning the lint trap, advice on cleaning/wiping down the interior washer glass and gasket, etc.)—and had no problems hooking the units up to the water source. Secondly, they were very careful with our new units—from unboxing, affixing the pedestals, to moving them to the house. I was particularly impressed that Hugo used a soft cloth to dust the units after they were moved in and tested—a very nice touch. Finally, they both seemed to enjoy what they were doing, particularly Hugo. I appreciated this more than you know. These guys, if not already regulars for you, should be hired on permanently; yes, they are that good!
