This unit is very user friendly. Not to mention that it is much quieter than my previous ďryer.

Dryer does what you expect, that is most important. Wifi functionality is cool but basically useless on a gas model other than a cycle complete notification. Electric gets the useful functions. This is for safety though so I understand. Much faster cycles and customizability than our previous 10+ year old dryer that died.

Easy to use, and looks very nice. Also plays a little song when it’s done drying!

love the looks and design. tons function. will be honest, unsure if on purpose or for energy efficiency but when using normal setting., clothes does come out a tad 'damp.' Its good or bad since guess won't shrink the clothes. However, if you set to high heat and timed dry. it will ensure clothes dry. Love the smart feature as well.

Works great as a dryer. I purchased this model for the WIFI integration. The Wifi integration works with the electric model not the gas model. I would not have waited a month for the gas one to show up if I had know that the WIFI has very little integration. I would have purchased the electric one with full integration.

Great dryer. Dries clothes pretty fast. Fast and easy to use.

We moved to new house and purchase all Samsung products. This gas dryer is working well and gives crispy drying without damaging the clothing or comforter. Also, it features WiFi connection to your phone so I get alarms when it’s done and I can schedule for my laundry. I’ve searched many dryers and chose this one for long long term use. We’re really satisfied so far.

I love the features of this machine, has so many I am still learning each wash. The only regret that I have is not purchasing the pedestals at that time because of the bending you have to do when loading and unloading clothes, can kind of be hard on your back. Overall I love the machine.

This dryer works great and provides exactly what I was looking for. The set up time and delivery were exactly what I expected. There were some unexpected additional costs associated with hooking up the dryer. So far no complaints about the usage. The delivery team was able to stack my dryer on top of my washer for me and it looks great.

Great dryer! Certainly gets the job done. Only downer is that I have the matching washer from a previous year's model, and they're a slightly different shape, so they don't look so.spiffy next to each other. Oh well

I’m not a laundry expect, more of a general consumer, but I know what I like. This appliance is very smart has a load of options to make you in your clothes fab! Plus, it’s a smart device, connects to your WiFi and can manage your social calendar, and was easy to connect. Good value for the price.

Replaced older unit with this. Saved money by getting open box item with cosmetic damage. Works as intended. Smart features useful for monitoring status and diagnostics. Gas model doesn't allow operating dryer via smart things app.
