This washing machine shakes terribly, we do not over load the washer!!! Our laundry room is upstairs and it is literally causing the drywall downstairs to crack. Tried installing vibration reduction pads underneath and minimal reduction. Samsungs counter weights were made of concrete and apparently do not last long. Only used since September. Do not purchase!!!

Sometimes I have to extend pre-pranked drying cycle; sometimes clothes are a little damp after drying. So I manually extend time.

On any other cycle it takes at least 2 cycles to dry . The capacity of this dryer is wonderful for us with a large family. but the time it takes to dry hoodies and teen clothes on other cycles is 2 hours. WE have a large family. great looking dryer large capacity. drying time for us is long
