    The delivery guys brought the dryer into my home, then announced that the gas line had the wrong fitting and couldn't be installed. They left the dryer and took off in the truck. I had to locate the correct fitting at a local appliance parts warehouse, then a friend who is a pipe fitter connected my dryer so I could use it. Another bad experience with Best Buy's so-called "expert" installation. Never again!!!!!!!!!!
