    Just wow. I never thought I'd be delighted with a dryer, but here I am! This is a gorgeous item that exceeds expectations. The sanitize and steam cycles are impressive.

    This washer/dryer combo is great. Uses less electricity and way less water than my former washer and dryer. I love the steaming cycles on the dryer. I would by again without a doubt.

    Horrible service from Best Buy

    I ordered the washer and dryer and also paid for the stacking kit. Best Buy failed to let me know that they don’t have the stacking kit and can’t get it for at least 60 days. Meanwhile, they didn’t tell me this until they had already taken away my old washer and dryer. When I asked where it was so it could get returned, and purchase something else, I was told they don’t know where it is as it will be recycled, but I could return the Samsung washer and dryer. When I stated I don’t want to be without a washer and dryer, they stated my only option would be that I could keep returning the washer and dryer every 10 to 13 days and wait for the installation kit to arrive and then see if I like how it is as a stackable and if I want to jeep it. I was dumbfounded at this being their response. My only concern was that if I wait the 60 days to get the stackable part and then they install it and there’s a problem I can’t return the washer and dryer because you only have 13 days to return it. I simply asked if they could extend my return time frame due to the fact that they failed to let me know that they did not have the stacking system. So i guess Best Buy will come to my home and exchange the washer and dryer 4x before the part comes in. This lack of common sense and Customer Service is maybe why a lot of businesses are going out of business. This process has soured my experience. I hope i will be able to enjoy the unit once it is stapped in appropriately.

    Didnt get to use the dryer

    Bought the matching washer. Washer didn't work so we didnt get to use the dryer. Returned.

    First of all I got this item at the outlet corner of the Best Buy in Montebello it did not look used and I was told that all items in that section were inspected to guarantee for it to work so I waited 2 weeks for it to be installed only to be told that the gas valve was not up to code. 'Fine' I got my handyman to put in a valve that is up to code and he install it. It worked great for about a week and we started hearing the drum scraping something in the back of the dryer, it sound like netal against metal, don't know what it is. It dries fine and it tumbles fine but it I made an appointment for The Geek Squad to come an assess, evaluate and decide what I should be the bext steps for a quieter dryer.

    I could not change the door opening from right to left; one small nut on the left bottom is not working off, I called / chat with online help and I was told to return it and get another one or I have to pay $80/90 for a tech to come and fix it.

    The stainless steel was backordered and as I was leaving the store, it occurred to me maybe it was available in another color. It was. Now I own a very glitzy washer dryer. Makes me smile every time I use them.
