They left the dryer and took off in the truck. I had to locate the correct fitting at a local appliance parts warehouse, then a friend who is a pipe fitter connected my dryer so I could use it. Another bad experience with Best Buy's so-called "expert" installation. Never again!!!!!!!!!!
