Best Buy it was great. Was delivered professionally and placed into the desired room. I ran it for two days but as kimchi is not ready yet, It not in operation currently. I registered warrenty with Samsung, i discovered the Warrenty began on the date of order not date of delivery. Kind of how Samsung operates their business i guess but lost 6 weeks as delivery was delayed. I Was initially worried about purchasing a Samsung product as their refrigeration products are Receiving negative reviews nationwide.I have a dishwasher that's been good so I thought I would give it a chance. I did however purchase the Best Buy extended warranty for five years so I feel a little safer. This is a specialty refrigerator that is specifically designed to keep vegetables at the correct temperature for both fermentation and storage very hard to obtain previously. The main brand in Korea is called DImchae and some of those are being recalled. Even though the review does not speak to the quality of this product I will run it for a year and edit this review should I have any problems with it. It does look like it as well built from the outside and it has newer technology as far as refrigeration so I'm hoping.

Large Kimchi refrigerator. So far works great and is very quiet. Easy to use. Large sealable containers

The setting are easy to figure out without reading the manual. Mom uses this for her kimchi and Pops and I use it for beers. cheers!

Good fridge for keeping kimchi fresh. Only thing I noticed is the containers are a bit big. Wished the containers were smaller

This refrigerator/ freezer is perfect love the technology and the organization with the buckets that it comes with. I replaced my freezer with this model.

Everything freezes. It’s not even on a freezer mode but everything freezes and have to de-ice the sides often. Had another kimchi refrigerator but it was a standing version. So not sure if it’s meant to do that or it’s a defect. Installation crew was great to be careful not to damage anything.

we have a small 20cubt fridge which was always overloaded so this addition helped alleviate space which improves cooling for our "regular" fridge. now we use the kimchi fridge as a supplemental fridge/freezer which fits perfectly in a small closet. we keep kimchi and refrigerated products that we need less often in one compartment, and set the other compartment to freezer mode. I was disappointed that the 8 included containers are not BPA free plastic, but other than that, this small unit packs a lot of space

Even ignoring the kimchi functionality, this fridge/freezer is very flexible. 8 large containers included are really nice for fermentation

Solid upgrade to a previous kimchi fridge we had for over a decade. Very robust and keeps items at the correct temperature.

Quiet and works as expected. Plastic containers inside really shield meat freeze burn.

We really like this fridge. Works well so far and keeps vegetable fresh for a very long time. It is a little deep and so can be a little strain on the back but otherwise had a lot of space and does what it is intended for. Different temperature settings are nice to compartmentalize and works well for Kimchi.

Super quiet and large capacity comes with eight small storage bins to put food into 4 on each side also can set different temperatures for each side

This is amazing product. I use this refrigerator for keeping vegetables and fruits. It makes to keep fresh longer than using regular refrigerator.

I haven’t used yet but I really like it I just checked price from home depot that price is way higher than Best Buy

It is larger than it looks. I like this simple appearance. Vegetables can be stored for a long time.

Great product. It has 2 compartments that can be controled with different temperatures separately and easy to use. The 8 large storage containers are great for organizing foods. Good purchase! I recommend to people who wants a food storage unit with versatility. The delivery was at right on time, a great job with delivery for an area (I am in a mountain community) where delivery is not an easy job. Thank you Bestbuy. I will buy again from Bestbuy.
