I disconnected all the connected devices and airplay links. And upgraded to latest firmware. It can turn on during midnight or in my team meeting. Last Month when we were back from our vacation, the TV is on and we do not know how many days it stayed on.

Sometimes connected Smart devices send abnormal "power on" signals through the wireless network that triggers the TV to turn itself on.
If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off.
