Great T.V. except for Netflix App
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After reading the reviews online and speaking with a Best Buy rep, we decided that this Samsung t.v.. fit our need and want list. The t.v. has been installed and used for about two weeks now. Love the picture, the sound, the color but don't like that the NetFlix app will not work and NetFlix will not load in the browser to be usable either. For this issue, Samsung has been contacted via chat, phone and email. At the point Samsung is contacting us to schedule a service call to our home to see if they can repair it. Which will mean arranging time off work to be home for a service call. In addition to NetFlix issues, there is no ABC app and www.abc.com will not run from the web browser either for show viewing. We are told this is an ABC compatibility issue, not a Samsung issue. We do not have cable or satellite and use NetFlix ( a lot) and online show viewing options. Due to this, the investment in a "smart" t.v. seemed to be a good decision. It would have been if it all worked like it should.

Great TV for the most part

The only complant that I have is that if you connect tv to bluetooth speakers volume can not be controlled using the tv remote. Bluetooth volume can only be controlled using bluetooth speakers. Not a deal breaker just kind of silly considering in costs nearly 2,000$ and this is a feature on pretty much every device that has bluetooth connectivity.

Again not the latest model but does support Miracast which is really so awesome. No additional adaptors, hit windoes key + P and click the Samsung TV and your laptop projects to the TV screen, that quick. The sound is very good and menu and controls are simple. Good value

Another Samsung letdown

Picture quality did not mean that much to me as I use it for streaming which most content is low quality anyways. I purchased one open box. Got it home to find out there was a frame of light all the way around the screen and the back panel was loose. I returned it and paid another $150 to get the new one. Now I have the new one mounted and started to watch it. Same light frame around the screen but not as noticeable. I know these are edge lit screens so some is to be expected but this is exsessive. Also on the new ones there are dark spots in the screen. I'm tired of mounting and running back and forth to Best Buy to return these TVs. I have been very unhappy with the past few Samsung products I have bought. What sold me on this tv was the screen size. The dark spots on the screen are most noticeable on lighter pictures. The display model in the store has a great picture.
