Bought an "open box " tv. Plugged it in and did not work at all!!!! The box was labeled only "missing tv stand". So we were shocked when it was apparently more damaged. Luckily Samsung service came to house to repair. Took three trips with parts but now working fine and quite a beautiful picture. Side note, Best Buy was willing to take the tv back, but we opted to have Samsung repair as we got a great deal on the "open box".

I am enjoying every minute watching my new 70" 4K TV. My friends think it's the best TV they ever watch.

I'm satisfied with my new tv because it fit my need. The TV has great futures such USB port, and many apps such as internet explorer, Netflix. The image is great and the color perfect. The sound of the TV is good and so, no need to buy extra sound equipment. I do not have any issue after a month of use.

I brought this TV & it has been great I'm in the process of replacing all my TVs with smart Samsung's.

We purchased this TV on a whim! We wanted a larger TV in the living room and saw this on a great sale. I was in luck because my wife was egging me on to purchase the TV. I'm very happy with the picture quality and all the features. All my TVs are Samsung and I've always had good luck with their TVs.

I've only had the TV for about a month but I absolutely love it! To me Samsung makes great TV's and they did an amazing job with this one. The new small,slim remote is awesome and love the smart features. My living room has a lot of natural light and this tv still shows a bright amazing display!

The TV is huge and provides excellent picture quality. It also has a nice built in app store (which I typically hate) but in this case, it looks better than my Roku/Apple TV at times. I usually open up the Spotify app from Samsung's App store when guests are over because it looks better.

Customers loves these in there conference rooms. Great picture, easy to use and set up.

The Samsung 70" Smart HDTV was easy to install and set up. I got a full motion wall mount and hung it above a fireplace (that I will never use, wood burning) and it looks great. The picture is exceptional and has apps for Netflex, Amazon Prime and Youtube. It has everything I want and more.

For the price, I'm not sure there's a better 70" on the market. We've been happy with it. The Samsung apps aren't great, but I'm used to Apple. The MLB app only works about half the time, which has apparently been the case for years on Samsung products. Other than that, I've been happy.

First HD TV and First of it's size. Definition is great, puts a new prospective on watching cartoons. Best parts is seeing people walk in and first thing about my new house, they wanna ask me is "how big is that thing"

This is a nice set for the money. First you need to pair your remote to the TV. You can do this by setting the TV (plugging in/powering on) up first then putting in the batteries for the remote and it will auto-connect. If you (like me) place the batteries in before you set the TV up then you can sync them by pressing return and play/pause buttons for 3 seconds. You then pair all of your devices so that your remote works with them. I have noticed a few issues with the TV since getting it. One is the fact that you cannot add certain apps on the TV like a Sony, LG, or Sharp. All the Samsung TVs run on their Tizen OS and not on Android. Tizen is still not a supported OS for Kodi so, You can not install Kodi Samsung smart TV. If you still want to enjoy Kodi on Samsung TV, then you will need to buy an Android Player like Nvidia Shield or a Nexus Player. Or simply avoid this TV if you want full access to Android apps that you would get on any other android TV or android device. I also noticed that my tablet will not cast to the TV as well (actually it will but its only a one and done deal unless I have to go through a bunch of re configurations just to make it work properly) It will give me an error for my particular brand tablet. Overall this is still a great TV and have no other complaints besides those minor things aforementioned. If I could give this product 3.89 stars I would.

this is a great tv for the price. my only complaint is that light is easily reflected off of it. windows and indoor lights are rough on the tv

This tv is fantastic. Much better then the TVs that require an iPad to operate .

This tv is by far the best I've owned so far. Not really sure how it compares to other 4ks, but you push the power button and it's like a instant on. The only con I've noticed is it turns my Samsung 7.1 surround sound off but not back on which is very annoying.

We have had this TV for 1 month. So far we have been very happy with it. I was worried it would be too complicated but I have not had any issues navigating it's use. Great picture. We have always stuck with Samsung for our TVs and have not been disappointed.

Great TV for the $. Bought in a bundle deal with the xbox 1s Easy to use. Small simple sleek remote. Great picture quality. Had it for about 3 months now and am very pleased. Speakers are nothing to brag about but that's what surround sound system is for

I was able to get the tv on a great sale price, and it looks amazing on the wall. the qulity of Samsung has never let me down yet and through the years I have a few of their tvs and appliance. I love the Any-net set up and how user friendly it is.
