Good Samsung 70 inch smart tv for the budget. Good internet connectivity.

5 months after my warranty expired my Samsung Tv started having a black vertical line down the screen that would glitch on and off. Now its a solid line and can't even really watch it. Samsung states I need a tech to look at it. The replied with “The service charge is $290 to $460. If there is any panel replacement required then the cost would be $620 to $650. Please note this is an estimate. The actual cost of repair may vary - and may be higher than the range provided - based on a number of factors, such as location, parts availability, additional services, or a different symptom or malfunction from that which you described to Samsung.” Told them its not worth a tech to come out to service and that they lost a customer.

Purchased this product and less than 30 days from purchase a green line appeared on the left side of the screen. Went to the store for resolution and was told since it was past 15 days they couldn’t make the product right and I would have to deal with the manufacturer. The technician from Samsung couldn’t believe BestBuy refused to correct this issue with how close to purchase it was. There is no physical damage to the tv, just a lemon. Will definitely factor in further purchases from BestBuy.

This tv is the worst Samsung product i haveever purchased. The volume has to be up to 90 to hear it .the remote is not user friendly so cheap .Shame on you Samsung.Bestbu can't get here quick enough to het this out of here .

For its price point and size, this TV provided everything that was needed for me and my set up. Clarity of it is great, however, glare is a huge issue when the sun is at its finest point in the sky lol (considering this is a mid range quality TV from Samsung). Other than that, no complaints. Good picture quality, the smart functionality could be better but again, it depends on the OS of the TV. When running or starting up apps (Netflix, Disney+, etc), there’s usually a small delay or sometimes app would freeze, requiring a quick full close out of the app.
