Awesome tv! Only con were the actual tv speakers. They seemed to be not so loud. I paired it with a Q series soundbar and subwoofer. Now Im 100% happy with it.

LINES ON A BRAND NEW TV SCREEN AND NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT IT!!!!
Our church bought 23 Samsung TV's from Best Buy with a 2 year service plan on each. We received delivery at the first of October. It took a few weeks to start getting all of the TV's up. We got this 70' TV straight out of the box and immediately onto a wall mount. When we turned it on, IT HAD LINES RUNNING THROUGH THE SCREEN!
Called Best Buy and they told me I had to call Samsung. Called Samsung and they told me that they believed the BRAND NEW TV had been dropped and they will not honor the warranty. Called Best Buy back and they said they can do nothing!!
Undoubtedly there was a problem in manufacturing or delivery and nobody will replace. All we ask is a replacement TV (1 out of 23), but we are stuck with a messed up brand new TV that we paid $700.

Please know Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal, noncommercial use of this product and does not apply to damage incurred during shipment, delivery, and /or installation. If you purchased an additional warranty from Best Buy, I recommend reaching back out to them to assist you.

The tv is a good brand however software update won’t work to download streaming services. Very disappointing
Thank you for reaching out to us. If you are experiencing issues with the Software Update, you can update it manually via USB stick.
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manual & Software > Find your TV model, and click on the Firmware – Upgrade File. 2. When the file has finished downloading, locate it and then unzip it. There is normally one folder inside but there may be multiple files. 3. Copy or move all of the files that were included in the zip file to a USB flash drive, but do not place them inside any other folders. If you place the software folders inside a folder on the USB flash drive, the TV or monitor will not find them. 4. Connect the USB drive containing the software upgrade into a USB port on your device. 5. Using your device's remote, navigate to and select Settings, then select All Settings, and then select Support. Select Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes if prompted.
Your device will search the USB drive for update files. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, it will restart automatically.

I’m really happy with my Samsung TV. The picture quality is amazing—colors are vibrant, the image is sharp, and everything looks very clear, whether I’m watching movies, shows, or sports. The sound is also good, and the TV feels fast and responsive when switching apps or channels.
I really like how easy it is to use. The menu is simple, the remote is convenient, and setting everything up didn’t take long at all. Streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube run smoothly, and the smart features work great.
