Gave this just a 4 star review due to there is no optic connection. My sound bar was an older model so in oorder to connect i had to purchase a sound bar as well. Other than that no issues and great quality

Great TV! Samsung TV plus is a awesome addition to buying a samsung tv, free channels of stuff i watch anyway. And i didn't know this until later, but you can stream games from luna or xbox. Tv is awesome, and it was at a great price!

Picture quality is amazing and the system is easy to operate once you figure it out. Only downfall is it doesn't come with a paper user guide, it's all online.

This TV is an excellent value for the price point. Crystal clear bright picture, good blacks and color range. I bought this TV for my aging Mom, and she loves it! The TV is her friend and it's on from morning to night without any issues.

The Xbox Game Pass 1-Month Membership is amazing! It gives you access to so many games, from big titles to smaller ones, so there’s always something fun to play. I love that you can download games without having to buy them individually—it’s a great way to try new things. It’s super easy to use, and I had no issues finding or playing games. The extra access to EA Play is a nice bonus with even more games to enjoy. You get access to a huge library of games that would cost a lot to buy. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who loves gaming!

This is the 4th samsung tv that i have gotten from your company. They are all still working perfectly. My only problem is the quality of the speakers. Each set reqires a sound bar and sub woofer but that is mostly for the sound enhancement. Very pleased with the product

For the price, it achieves everything you need it to. The OS/ UI could use some help. I don't know if lower end TV's just don't get good processors or if Samsung's OS just lags. It's not terrible however.

It’s a great tv it looks good clear picture and not to much glare followed by good sound quality. The big problem I have is with Samsung accounts you can’t use any of the smart features without one and Samsung customer support isn’t the greatest. Good tv tho

We had great service. The kid who helped us was very knowledgeable and able to help us get the best thing we were looking for and for the best price. We really appreciated him. And the tv has great picture and has worked out to be what we wanted.

We love our new TV! We are big sports fans and just watched a boxing match and you felt like you were there. The color is vibrant and with Samsung Plus you get a lot of free TV programs, movies, and shows.

Love the tv. Navigating was a little challenging customer service was great. Only 4 stars because the remote is very flimsy hit wrong button by accident could end up anywhere. The volume is very touchy and you have to hold the remote directly at tv it's slow to respond. I probably would've bought one better but needed right away and it works for now. You will need a sound bar for good quality sound.

Great TV with a great picture. Only bad part about this TV is it does NOT have a digital optical cable. Otherwise, a great TV for the price. Added a new Samsung soundbar… HDMI eARC connection. Sounds great.

Great value for the price! The picture is clear and it has all the smart features you could want. A sound bar to pair with this television is recommended, but you can't beat the picture quality for the price.

The tv I purchased from Best Buy is perfect and exactly what I wanted. Best Buy had the best price available for this TV, and the delivery was fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend Best Buy.
