Samsung is not quality anymore

Have not had the tv 2 years and only has 9789 hours of use. The average tv is good for 30,000 to 60,000 hours until services is needed . Dont waste your money on samsung anymore. They are not the quality they used to be. I bought a samsung fridge and after 2 years it quit working and had to have it serviced and lost 250$ worth of food . And had to argue with samsung to fix it for free . Wont spend another penny on samsung ever again. 3200$ down they drain . Thats 1300 for this tv and 2000$ for the fridge . Never again

Bluetooth setup an Alexa interface are poor

Alexa is hit or miss in terms of the commands that it follows.
