I purchased this TV after my faithful living room set went out and was unable to be repaired. I saw this online for a nice price and because I trust the brand I did not hesitate to purchase it. Shortly after purchasing, I had some issues with the picture but Samsung customer service worked quickly to get my issue repaired. I don't see a need to ever go with any other brand.
