From the appearance of the bottom of the box, it looks as though a fork lift put too much pressure on the bottom center of the box which cracked the screen. I returned the product to best buy and the local team was helpful with the exchange without issue. The new TV is fantastic and meets my expectations. Thank you Best Buy Santa Monica.
