Good TV, Nice Deal, Broken HDMI Port Out of Box

The imagie quality is phenomenal and I appreciate the smart TV capabilities. While the UI and UX is not my outright favorite on this device, it's still good. My biggest complaint though is that the 2nd HDMI port is either broken or installed incorrectly. Unfortunately I had to learn this after breaking an HDMI cable while trying to setup the TV.
