It "defaults" to what I think is maybe the Hallmark channel?? once turned on. Is it so hard to have a "neutral" screen on when I'm trying to change settings through the remote? The sound quality isn't great either, we went ahead and got a sound bar for this TV. Haven't really had it long enough to play with all the features or potentially encounter any problems so this review may be updated in the future.
