    This is a great TV and works well in our living rm/kitchen area. The remote is a bit too small, might look for a universal with larger buttons.

    Bought a $700 tv to have money waisted. Once i got my new apartment i opened my brand new tv which i was so excited to open and to my surprise my brand new tv was cracked. I bought the TV and had some health issues going on wasn't able to go back to the store soon but i went back before the exchange date with every sticker on the tv and every little thing that it came with. Accordingly to best buy you have 15 hrs to return a tv that is cracked stupidest policy ever because that is not stated i the return policy. So as a customer what are we supposed to do we are not handed money to be buing tvs like its candy we work hard for every single cent waisted there and by waisted i literally mean waited because that tv is useless. If you ever buy a tv there make sure to open it as soon as you get home because if you don't you can lose your money. If i could i would give a 0 start for best buy.

    This TV did not live up to its expectations. My $400 vizio has lasted longer than this. Poor quality Samsung. Tv screen separated from the top.
