good tv when it works

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a replacement for an exact same model that had a screen defect. the TV is great, Samsung is aware of a defect that causes the screen to cycle on and off. luckily the screen failed at the 11 month mark. Samsung customer service sucked, Best Buys was better. no one, however, wanted to be the company eating the cost of replacing the television. eventually best buy made it right. when it works, it is great.
