I’m hesitant to give it more stars since I have noticed it glitching during shows whether it’s streaming or Samsung tv app. But otherwise picture is great and fits perfectly in my bedroom!
Thank you for your feedback. Please ensure your U8000 TV is running the latest firmware update 1132.0. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If that version is not available, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manual & Software > Find your TV model, and click on the Firmware – Upgrade File. 2. When the file has finished downloading, locate it and then unzip it. There is normally one folder inside but there may be multiple files. 3. Copy or move all of the files that were included in the zip file to a USB flash drive, but do not place them inside any other folders. If you place the software folders inside a folder on the USB flash drive, the TV or monitor will not find them. 4. Connect the USB drive containing the software upgrade into a USB port on your device. 5. Using your device's remote, navigate to and select Settings, then select All Settings, and then select Support. Select Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes if prompted.
Your device will search the USB drive for update files. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, it will restart automatically.

There are a few things that I would change as far as the home screen page, and the remote. Other than that, its a great TV! It has some cool features, We get 100s of free channel's that automatically come with it from the samsung tv app.

Most of the time good however my screen glitches over n over like it’s the matrix

Very disappointed. Received a broken TV

I bought a TV after Black Friday and was not able to open it for about 45 days. When I did it was broken and Best Buy would not exchange or return it because I was two days late on the return policy. I understand I was late but also frustrating to purchase a broken TV and now be stuck with it. Very disappointed.

This 70" Samsung U7900 looks great for the price. The picture is sharp and bright, 4K content looks excellent, and the size is perfect for movies and sports. Tizen is fast and easy to use, with all the major streaming apps built in.
Setup was quick, and overall performance has been smooth and reliable. A great choice if you want a large, modern 4K TV without paying premium prices.

Picture quality is clear and colors look great for everyday watching. Setup was easy and the smart features work well for streaming. Sound is decent, though a soundbar would make it better. Overall, a good TV for the price and I’m happy with the purchase.

Upgraded from a Samsung series 6 to 7 and it’s a huge difference! The 7 series is much lighter and so much faster. The old tv took 5-10mins to turn on this one turns on immediately after pressing the button and looks and sounds great
