We upgraded from a 55inch tv to this one. We like it but the only problem we’ve had so far is it glitches sometimes. Like the screen flashes on and off. We have to turn it off and back on a few times to make it stop. And i wish it had Bluetooth

Slim, sleek, and sexy. Easy mounting to my wall, tow person lift a must.

TV is good for the price, however, we had to wait through several failed delivery/exchange attempts over three weeks to finally receive a TV that wasn't defective. The first arrive and showed a blue box, or a dead pixel in the middle of the screen. Best Buy didn't do anything to rectify the extra costs we incurred do to having to pay for installation twice.

For the price you can’t pass up this TV. Is it a high end TV? No. BUT when you’re on a budget like many of us are, it’s worth it!!!! I LOVE IT. We purchased around cyber Monday 2019.

Returned it 2 days after buying it. Backlight bleed issue. Went to the 7 series and it’s even worse. Best Buy said all Samsung’s do this and it’s just a matter of how bad you will have it and if you can live with it. Taking the new one back. Will try the next one of the same series but buyer be ware back light bleed looks like someone is shining a flashlight on the edges of the screen(see below). Best Buy said that the Sony’s don’t do it or the real expensive QLED or OLED’s don’t do it. Not willing to spend an extra $1500 for no back light bleed.

Great fit and accent to my loft's entertainment area.

I wish there were more hdmi inputs. Cheap television to use as a basic display and smart tv only.

Love my Samsung products! Easy to use and navigate!

TV was bought 4 months ago and it is at our summer home. Third time we used it, 1/4 screen went black. Talked with Samsung and after they say picture, said TV needed to be repaired. But since they did not have anyone in our area, they would send me a RMA number for Best Buy to replace it. Never got the RMA number so I had to call again, which they did give to me. Told us to call Best Buy. Waited for 6 hours to talk to Best Buy only to be told that we need to speak with the Exchange Team. Called, no answer. Calling today and have been on hold for 30 minutes. Still no resultion

Quality is ok. I am disappointed with the black contrast. Watching Marvel Dr Strange beginning scene and can barely see anything . Granted it was supposed to be a dark scene but I am literally not seeing anything until one of the guy started doing his mystical hand gesture and it is the only thing you can see. I went back to Best Buy and upgraded to Q60 QLED. Hoping to be satisfied with the quality difference.

The wrong size of The TV wall mount adapter that comes with the TV Make it a nightmare for me to install it

one year and 8 days to the date of purchas a white line appeared on the screen.. great TV but make sure you get the extended warranty.

Worked fine for 15 months and then developed a black line down the middle of the screen. Had to replace it.

I would first like to..I bought this open box and was so lucky to stroll in at the right time. But the original person who helped me named River directed me to the open box models after hearing what I wanted.. it was exactly what I wanted under budget...I was super happy with Keanu the worker who made sure and got the tv wrapped up and ready for travel..both workers helped me put the tv in the truck and I was on my way home... now I can tell you how amazing the picture quality is and how the smart tv interaction is a breeze to set up or how "CRISP" the picture and sound is which on the 75 in screen it is ohhh soooo impressive but what I am most impressed about are the staff who helped me and made me feel excellent about my purchases there that day and the next couple of days after that which I might add I got my tv even cheaper than I would have on black friday which I was originally there to scope out the deals for that day!!!!!!... thanks again best buy crew I will be coming back for all my home products I have my eye set on the smart fridge...

It was on sale, so I just couldn't restrain myself! I didn't think it was possible to get a better picture than what we already get with our other Samsung TV's but I was wrong, the Samsung UHD - 75" Class - LED - NU6900 is an AWESOME smart television with easy to understand controls!

The speakers on this TV are pretty awesome! Super easy to mount...BB has lots of Great Wall mounts. So many built in options for office use. Would definitely put this in my home...oh wait...wouldn’t fit, but if it did I would.
