The Samsung software disconnects every day. I might have to reach out to bestbuy for support. I factory reset the app at least 3 times.

Tv went out on me 2 weeks after warranty end date. Samsung is horrible quality tv’s.

I’ve been having this Tv for 3 years now & I just love it! One of the best purchases in my home for me & the kids especially on movie nights, the screen is big enough for everyone to see. The sound at 20 is just enough to be loud. Sticks out my wall - Did I mention it’s humongous lol

A nice upgrade from my Sony 52 LCD. Colors are much better, clear and brighter. This 75" Samsung looks and feels huge. Not sure how much improvement a QLED TV will be over this. If you are looking for a bluetooth capability - where you can listen to TV output on your bluetooth headphones or a bluetooth receiver connected to your audio system - this version does not have it. You'd have to upgrade to version 7 or 8 for that. But for the price (I got it at the Thanksgiving sale) we could not be happier!

I have had this TV for a year, and out family loves it! It has a wonderful picture that is so defined and clear. My husband loves it the most, lol which is good since it was his xmas present!

Once you tweak the picture settings, it looks amazing. This is coming from a Video/Audiophile who only expects the best. Keep in mind this model is EXTREMELY heavy, we almost broke it putting it on the stand. I took off a star because of the stress the first few days thinking my TV stand was going to collapse and my $800 investment would be for nothing. Also keep in mind that if you use it as a PC monitor you gotta tweak your PC color/contrast/etc because for some strange reason most of the settings become Grayed out when you try to adjust them after plugging in a PC and there's no way to access them you gotta go through your video cards settings to adjust the picture but like I said it's a great picture. The one picture quality issue I had was a amorphous blob of gray in the top left of the screen that you only notice when the screen is black. But it's not very distracting or too light you almost don't notice it, it took me a few days to realize it was off shaded from the rest so not worth removing a star. So again, great picture AFTER adjustment (I needed to use a search engine to figure out how), extremely heavy and unweildy, and has some Black Uniformity issues.

I have all Samsungs in my house, so wanted to upgrade to a larger one for the living room and trickle the rest down. This was a fantastic deal at $599. Yes, it's 2 years old, and yes, OLEDs and QLEDs dominate the market currently, but for my needs it hit the sweet spot of size and price. I use it mostly for gaming and football, so didn't want any burn-in issues that these early generation OLEDs can have, and I was more concerned with resolution and refresh rate than color reproduction. It has eARC, which makes piping all audio from the TV back to my surround receiver very easy. This also turns on supported devices when their source is chosen, like the PS5. The # of HDMI ports is somewhat small, but for myself most content is streamed anyhow and I do not have any set-top box. Audio out via eARC and a couple of inputs for consoles are all I need. The remote and OS are the same as all my other Samsungs: nothing flashy, but easy to navigate and relatively stable. It supports installing apps onto external USB devices, which I would recommend if A) you plan to have a lot (as the internal storage is quite limited) and B) you use a good quality, high speed USB stick. Capacity is less of an issue as the apps don't take too much room.

Excellent picture and sound. Bought a sound bar for the theater-like bass rumble, but the sound from the tv gets plenty loud on its own. A little heavier than expected. Excellent tv and can’t beat the price. Would highly recommend!
