I recently bought the Sony Bravia X750 and left a positive review too soon. Returned it due to tons of glitches and picked up this Samsung to replace it. Couldn't be happier that I made the decision to do the swap. The Samsung is faster responding, excellent picture and free of any glitches with the software. Simple setup and connected to my wi-fi with zero issues. Auto recognized my devices plugged in, something the Sony failed to do. The channel guide is convenient and helpful when using OTA channels. I use a soundbar so I can't speak to the quality of the internal speakers, Apps all open quick and smooth and transition smoothly when switching between them. I really like how fast it comes on when the power button is pressed. The previous Sony I returned would take about 5 seconds for anything to appear on screen, this Samsung is 1 second. Great TV all around!

Love everything about this TV, my biggest complaint, if your are like me and have more HDMI components than there are slots, you use a switch, well the TV is so Smart that it has difficulty picking up the HDMI multi switch, it kept thinking a component was not on when it was. After tinkering with it, finally the TV picked up on the switch. Sound quality is excellent, picture is excellent. Remote could be better and there is no power off indicator like on previous Samsung models I have had. The stand takes time to get used to compared to older models. The TV sits up higher then there old models.

Love this TV. It's huge, colors beautiful. It just has a few annoying things for us. 1) Wish it had 4 HDMI slots. 2) Wish the setting for Game stay with Game option and not carried over to Video. Instead we have to toggle the picture setting every time between Video and Game. Also, it takes a few steps to turn off Game setting. 3) We bought a Sonos beam sound bar for the TV and it sounds great!. However, every time we want to use bluetooth for our headset, we'd have to go through setting menu and turn off Sonos sound bar in order to use the bluetooth headset. Of course, thru the menu again to switch back. I guess it wouldn't be a problem if we didn't have the sound bar?!? 4) Few glitches when trying to HDMI our laptop. It's better to use Airplay from ipad or iphone. Its pretty straight forward and easy setup with Samsung providing the code automatically. Overall, we like this TV a lot. Going from 50" to 75" is a big difference. Got it on sale from Best Buy and Delivery was great too, Thanks Best Buy! Guess the kids will have to play their Nintendo Switch games on the old 50" TV going forward. ;)

The smart features on the Samsung make watching or streaming a breeze. Sound is good for not having external separate speakers. It took me three or four days to get the picture to where I thought it was acceptable. The newer model had better brightness/contrast settings. Balancing color, brightness, contrast, gamma, sharpness, and a few other controls on the advanced menu was time consuming. The weakness of this tv is definitely the brightness and contrast settings. I used normal, as the other setting were to extreme, either muddy colors, or contrast and brightness that was excessive. I ended up saturating the colors a bit more, had contrast, back light and brightness to max, lower number gamma setting to max, sharpness a bit above normal. Overall, this is an awesome picture for the price. If you want better contrast, be ready to spend $1k or more than this tv.

I was a little nervous about purchasing this TV due to the reviews, but I have truly enjoyed it. It is not the highest series so no, the picture is not going to be the best you have ever seen, but it's pretty good. I have not noticed any bleeding on the edges or corners and overall we are very pleased with it. The only thing I am not overly happy about is the remote. They went back to the one with 600 buttons on it instead of the sleeker one with only a few button, I prefer the simpler remote. I have purchased Samsung TV's for the past 11 years and will continue to do so. In fact, the first 42" Samsung we purchased 11 years ago is still being used and still has just as good of a picture as it did when it was new.

We're really happy with this purchase.......The 4K UHD clarity is outstanding.....The Smart functions are easy to use and the set-up was very easy......It's been a great buy for the money !

Great picture, easy to set up and use. I’m off cable and just use the smart TV interface with WiFi. Wished the tv had voice command and a lit remote.

This Samsung TV has a beautiful picture. Love it. Very easy to mount to wall. The smart tv apps built into the tv make streaming soooo easy. So happy with this purchase

This is my second Samsung. First one is 9 years old and still going strong so it was a no brainier to look at Samsung again. Super easy to set up. Had it out of the box and mounted on the wall in minutes. Connecting to all the components is a snap. Added a Samsung sound bar which integrated super easily. Identified my cable provider automatically so I was enjoy watching this huge screen in minutes. Great color, great clarity, a little lag from time to time but not much. With a row of reclining seating this makes a great media room.

Wowsa!! This is a big TV. Now I had a large living room with 12 foot ceilings and it is still big. It looks good and sounds good, but not as good as it looked in the store as I have satellite ISH network and relatively slow inconsistent internet. But it does give the signal I receive justice. One more thing, this thing is heavy. Yes, me and my wife hung it on the wall, but we have also shared an airboat with a 9 foot alligator, so don't come to us if you want good advice. Overall, good price, good TV.

Love the size,and 4K picture on this TV. Easy access to features and apps. Very satisfied. Can't wait to get more 4K channels.

The picture and ease of use are amazing on this tv. I got it for my parents and was a little worried about them figuring out all of the features with them never having a smart tv but the menu and operation are very easy to learn. The only draw back is the speakers. You’d get more sound by setting an iPhone in front of it. This led to me also getting a Samsung qr60 I believe is the model sound bar. The addition of the bar bring the whole set up together and they love it.

Why only 4 stars? During really fast action/fight scenes, the picture was not as smooth as I would like. This could be in a setting, but i would expect it to perform smoothly in all modes. The TV is great! Very heavy and bulky. We utilized 4 people to safely mount it on the wall. The sound was very good, however, I then connected to sound bar. The online content is very full. Even has an internet browser. While clumsy to use with remote, it is a very neat feature. Was able to access my Google photos without much trouble.

So far, so good. I wanted an upgrade from a 60 inch. I did a lot of homework and comparisons. I could have convinced myself to pay more, but this was the better TV for my needs. I haven't been disappointed. The picture is GREAT and the ease of the Apps are a plus. I paired it with the Samsung Harman Kardon 5.1 Channel sound bar (works better with HDMI hookup), and the theater sound came alive. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I needed a new TV for our great room, which is the most important TV in our house. That's why I went with Samsung, because it is a trusted brand with overall great products. Keep in mind that this is Samsung's entry level 4K TV for 2019. I wanted a higher model, but I also have three young kids in the house. The idea of the kids potentially throwing a toy at the screen of a $3,000 Samsung was not something I wanted to test. This TV is perfect for what I wanted. It has a great picture, nice remote, and it's easy to see in our bright room. Note that this entry level 4K TV does not come with Samsung's Bixby, which I actually thought was a plus because Bixby sucks. (Are you listening Samsung?) This TV has become part of my Google Home Hub set up, and it is fantastic. If you want a 4K TV from Samsung and you want a great deal, this is it.

I'm so glad I went with this TV. Clear images and Airplay works like a charm. No connectivity issues and the TV is on my first floor and the router on the second. Sound is actually very good but I still went with a sound bar. The trim is very thin but the matte finish kinda makes it look cheap... I guess that's what the 8 series is for. I also wish I came with the newer remote but again it comes in the 8 series.

This TV fit my budget and I will say it's superb. Know the price has come down a bit since I purchased but it was worth the $. Great to watch movies and sports, plus added the Samsung Soundbar that fits underneath the unit on the entertainment center, for full-time sound...the sound was the only part I wasn't thrilled with, but the soundbar makes this a true entertainment package.
