What a steal. Amazing Picture at such a “steal” of a price! 75” of glory!
2 cons: Only has 2 HDMI inputs. can easily resolve with a simple push button adapter for more inputs. And Samsung Smart TVs no longer support Twitch TV. can resolve by adding a 3rd party streaming device

I thought my 2015 LG 65" had a good picture. I'm impressed with with this TV's look. This is a good TV, just be aware as for settings its very basic.
I'm cool with that, but if you are a techy type and like to fiddle with your TV, this is not the tv for you. I have a 552sq ft condo and this tv is like have a huge movie screen in my living room! LOL!
I have hard lined to wifi, so no issues. Its worth $849. I wouldn't of paid more.

My God Samsung is truly the truth & no one will ever go wrong with buying a Samsung television or cellphone. Out of every Samsung items that I've bought all of these years, I've only had like 2 major problems with my Samsung items. So in my household my family will always buy a Samsung item over any other brands. PERIOD, POINT, BLANK... I have (×2) other televisions in my home that I'm so desperately waiting on them to either go out or for my youngest to move out my home & into hers. So I can hurry up & buy me (×2) more Samsung tv's. Then my whole house will have all Samsung televisions in it.

Have not had it quite a year and screen already starting to go out. Total tech member and they’re replacing the panel. I’ve never had a tv do this so soon. There are shadows all over. I thought it was just one but there are many and from what I understand once it starts it gets worse from there. I’d probably get something different bc even under a year old and being total tech it isn’t being replaced even though the tv is having an issue so soon.

The resolution is amazing! Audio output is not phenomenal, works est with an extended speaker. I would have rated my purchase except for the limitation in the application of Alexa voice. We bought this tv knowing that it is Alexa compatible. The only command this tv follows from Alexa is turning it on and turning it off. I can easily do that in one click of the power button. Just too lazy to return it now. Also, no other audio input besides optical and HDMI. Can’t connect a headset.

First time buying a reputable brand for a TV and I'm disappointed that this brand hasn't lived up to the "high standards" it has.
After 8 months on having this tv, it recently has an issue where it has trouble connecting to my internet. I know 100% it is not my internet since I pay for the top tier (gigablast) wifi from Cox. All my other devices are connected with no problem and this TV somehow cannot manage to stay connected. I run into this problem every single day about 5x's a day. I've already done the tricks and hacks to make this tv work and it always falls back to disconnecting!
I'm so frustrated since my 12yr old Vizio which I replaced for this one, runs better than this "smart" tv.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update and update from here.
You mentioned already trying some troubleshooting tips, but I will put a few below, just in case you have not tried these specific ones.
1) Check the network and the status of your access point. 2) On the remote control, press the button and move to Settings using the directional button. 3) Select Settings > General > Network > Network Status to check the network status. 4) A network reset may be required if the network isn't connected. 5) Make sure that your access point is working correctly. Check the LED indicators on your access point to ensure it operates normally. 6) If you are using a wireless access point, check the access point location. Move it closer if the access point is too far from the TV. 7) Try rebooting the access point by disconnecting and reconnecting the power connector. It may take 1 to 2 minutes until the access point comes back online after a reboot. 8) If the same problem continues, select Settings > General > Network > Network Status > IP Settings to change to a different DNS server. If a test occurs, cancel it and select IP Settings. 9) Select DNS Setting Enter manually. 10) Select DNS Server, enter 8.8.8.8, then select OK. 11) A software update or factory reset may be required if the same problem continues.
