I have several Samsung tvs and was expecting sharper images. The picture is just ok. Black and white movies are not as sharp as my 55 inch Samsung from 6 years ago. I used all the latest cat 6 cables and uhd/3d hdmi cables. This did not help.

I have a huge 3D library and tried many movies.. there is constant crosstalk mainly in the background... I returned this within a week... If your looking for one of the last new 3D TV's go with the LG 4K LED or OLED...

Watched a very little bit of TV this week - was looking forward to some binge-watching on the new 4K this weekend... sadly, turned it on tonight and left-half of the screen has dark grey cloud... ;( I Googled and am apparently not alone. I did a factory reset - no joy. Not looking forward to dealing with Samsung or Best Buy customer service - but will call for help. I will revise my rating based on customer service and end-result. Hopefully service is prompt and effective and not too much agonizing hold-time on phone or multiple visits by technicians...

On 1/22/17 the tv screen and sound stopped working. TV is useless. Best Buy would not assist since it was a few days past the 30 day return limit. We have been waiting since 1/22/17 for Samsung to assist us and have had no such luck. Currently have been told there are no service techs in our area to service our tv.

Had this for over 3 months now and everyday I watch it it is stunning. Picture looks like you can step into it, Sports make you feel like you are on the field. 3D is awesome, I have had a 55" 3D for the last 4 years and what a difference. Sometimes I do not want 4K UHD looking at some of the peoples make up, so crystal clear you can see hairs on faces, both men & women.
