This TV is incredible, great picture and features without destroying my bank account. However, originally when I ordered this tv, the description said it also had HDR and now it appears it does not, so a little disappointed felt a little mislead. Otherwise really pleased.

We have only had our new home theater for 10 days so we are still getting used to it. So much to learn but the Geek Squad was willing to make a second visit because we were having trouble figuring out how to use four different remotes. Thankfully, the technician recommended that we purchase a Logitech Harmony Universal Remote. He also explained in detail the advantages. We picked it up yesterday and I set it up online. I still had a problem so I called for help and Kris was able to figure out my problem right away, a lot easier than trying to search online!

This TV was very easy to hook up, both to other units and the internet. The sound was less than exceptional, as expected in such a thin flat panel unit, but a Samsung Soundbar improved that significantly. Love the browser capability and the wide range of adjustability the menu gives. Some have complained that the cable to the HDMI box could be longer but I found it to be just about right. The only 'shortcoming' I found is there is only one component connection to interface with older DVD and/or VCR units. The ARC HDMI connection took some fiddling with to get it to power on and off the soundbar with the TV but I was finally able to get it set up to do so.

This TV was an excellent purchase for me and my Family. I am coming from a 110 inch Projector and Screen. I wanted something that would replace it with a better picture. The Samsung 75 Inch, fit the billing. Installed on a wall slightly above eye level and we are very pleased. Picture.It is not only Crisp, but with the additional opportunities to view movies in 4K our picture viewing has been upgraded even though the size is much different than what we were used too. Very happy with our Purchase. I would suggest however getting some type of Sound System, (which I did) as on board sound is not perfect. (Good, but not perfect)

great clear screen, movies & x-box are crystal clear, easy set up

I purchased the UN75HU8550 in November 2014 - this was the previous model year of the one here, and the newest one at the time of my purchase. It was great. Excellent picture, decent features, good delivery service from Best Buy. After about a month the flashlighting from the corners became less evident...I suppose from the very large screen settling in uniformly. Sadly, 16 months later, the panel has failed. Pixels are still live, but a large dark bars across the bottom of the screen looks like a backlight failure (see photo). Panel is out of Samsung's original warranty, but luckily I have an extended warranty. HOWEVER, the extended warranty still requires that I use a Samsung authorized repair center. No worries, right? WRONG. After playing phone tag with Samsung for two weeks, in which they called multiple times and asked me to troubleshoot my TV while I wasn't at home (because, I suppose, everyone is at home with their TV at 10am on a Tuesday), failed to call me back at promised times, and hung up on me when their CSRs had a bad connection, we finally connected on a day I stayed home from work during their support center's business hours. Their troubleshooting: unplug the TV and plug it back in. Of course the problem was still there, so now they are willing to give me the phone number of their service center to get a tech sent out (for a $125 fee which I was willing to pay from the beginning). Only problem, the closest authorized tech to Atlanta, Georgia has a phone number and address in Florida. I ask for another repair center closer to me. No dice, there isn't one. The closest service center to Atlanta is based in Pompano Beach, Florida. But, the rep said, "don't worry, I'm sure it's just a short drive and that's where all our warranties for your are are done." This could be a great TV, but you could also end up with a dud like I did. And while that happens from time to time, the service Samsung provides is what will prevent me from ever buying their products again.

Screen is crystal clear and tv is easy to use! A little expensive but worth it for faster refresh, 4K and smart !!

After being sold the wrong television and two returns including a Sony I couldn't stand I finally got the perfect TV. Once calibrated this TV is mesmerizing. 4K is killer and even HD content looks more amazing than I thought possible. For the money I don't think you can find a better TV

Picture, ease of use, features...all are incredible. Direct viewing is beautiful and the side angle viewing is very impressive as well. Picture is great even when it is super bright outside.

WOW, amazing picture!!! We haven't purchased a TV in a long time and boy this is a huge difference as compared to our Plasma TV. Only negative part is that you must watch TV in HD all the time or the picture is blurry.

After searching for a new 4k TV over 70" we decided on UN75JU7100 and its turned out to be a great TV. We weren't fans of the curved screens so we were looking for the best possible flat panel TV in this size and price class. The picture is top notch and it gets better after the TV gets broken in. The up scaling is really good when watching sat/cable and its great when watching blurays. Another positive is all the HDMI inputs are HDCP2.2 compliant for copyright protected 4k content.

DId my research and pulled the trigger on this Samsung. The picture is great - only thing missing is HDR. Was open box item - only $2700. Had it only 2 months, but have zero regrets. It's the 2015 model but coulnd't see spending more than double the price for the relatively small gain for the 2016 model. Bring on the Olympics!!

Very sharp picture. Vibrant colors. Great contrast.

Pros: size and color are beautiful, problem with the 4k and such a huge screen is sitting close to it cranes your neck a little bit. - de-clutter back of TV with HDMI box - feels like a movie theater in your own house cons: its easy to delete apps without realizing it - some apps freeze and have to hardboot the TV

I didn't really need a new television but saw the outstanding quality of the picture so decided to upgrade. Samsung continues to produce high quality products. My Christmas present to me from me. Love it!

It is easy to set up . has a great picture . remote is easy to use.

Great picture. Super clear. Can't wait for 4K to come to regular broadcasting. Only once in awhile do you see a little bit of lag, even watching sports the picture is great. The quick connect feature is super handy and really just a great idea. I do think the cords could be a little longer. Overall a fantastic TV, you will not be disappointed.

We just hung this TV on the wall - looks awesome. Menu is a lot more intuitive than previous models. It is a little thicker than I originally thought it would be - but we are using it for conference room projector replacement so no one notices. Picture quality is great.
