I was quite pleasantly surprised to have everything work exactly as promised. The service from BB was excellent, I received the TV quickly, and it was very easy to install and setup. Coupled with the Sonos surround sound system, I have a pretty impressive TV experience now. Very happy!

This TV was a great purchase. It looks great mounted over my 72in mantle. It has great color and clarity. The refresh rate of 120Hz isn't the highest on the market, but certainly works for everything I do/watch on TV. the Netflix app which comes built in automatically defaults to show you UHD 4K quality TV shows which further accentuate the TVs quality.

From start to finish, from online ordering until delivery and setup, we've had a great experience . TV is great. I am very happy with the picture. Unfortunately, right now there isn't a whole lot of 4K content available. Watched some YouTube videos that were filmed in 4K and the picture is absolutely unbelievable! The ONLY glitch we experienced is that when we set up the TV and watched it, the first 12 hours or so, there was a one pixel width light purpuleish line running vertically from top to bottom of the screen right in the center. I even put in a service ticket (which you can do right through the TV to Samsung). They finally called me back two days later but almost immediately after I put in the request, the line disappeared and has not been back (about a month later). I am very satisfied with this TV.

No regrets with this TV! Picture is beautiful, smart tv easy to use. I only wish it came with the small egg shaped remote you point like a laser.

Fabulous Product! Great Picture. Great Price. If you are looking for a large TV this is it. I did not like the phony color of the super ultra high definition TVs and this ultra high definition TV has a great picture and realistic color at half the price.
