Great TV - two annoyances to take care of

Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Two annoyances though. First the TV does not come with any user guide. I do not find the one on the TV very convenient. Locating a PDF on the Samsung website is nearly impossible. I am sure there are many features I am not aware of. Second, a feature where a voice tells you every selection you make quickly becomes VERY ANNOYING. I finally had to search YouTube for a video on how to turn it off. Can't understand why Samsung would make that the default setting. Fix these two issues and you will be happy with your new TV.

Your feedback regarding the manual and initial setting after setup are important to us and will be shared with our product teams.
You can download the AU8000 TV's User Manual, e-Manual, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the AU8000 TV under "Crystal UHD TVs" > "A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

slow smart feature

Im sure all TVs have their glitches and well this is it for the samsung.
