I’m giving it a four because the issue with the tv is a manufacturing issue. TV occasionally freezes. Other then that issue I am happy with the product and it was what I expected.

Really good picture quality. Easy to set up. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the Samsung TV guide and channels are very confusing.

This is our first 4K TV set. We can see the difference even with BR disks. Our single 4K disk (Star Wars) looks great on this TV. It was good on our old 1080p V set when viewed from a BR disk, but it is even better now. We have successfully set it up with streaming services without using an intermediate box like an Apple TV. This 75" TV comes with two legs that can be set either 41" or 49" apart. Since our TV stand was 48" wide, we set the legs up 41" apart. It is very stable on the TV stand. Overall, I am quite please with this excellent 4K 75' Smart TV.

Worth the money. Can't ask too much for a tv at this price range. Sometimes slow on connecting to wifi but ok

Very nice TV only minor negative the remote is a bit difficult to master. Otherwise very happy with the TV itself great picture.

Love it, the picture quality is amazing, easy to navigate. Love the additional channels Samsung offers plus the apps as well

Great tv for the price. Picture quality is great but the refresh is a little slow also doesn't help being a bigger screen

Great picture, worked fine until it stopped working 2 and 1/2 years later. Would definitely buy the warranty with it.

Sleek design and great quality. The only negative is that its not super intuitive to navigate through the apps

This 75" TV is exactly what we were looking for and has all the options we needed in a smart TV.

This my first smart tv and the worst smart tv. It freezes and disconnects from the internet all the time. I rarely use it and when I do, it goes slow. The voice activation to use alexa doesn’t work. I check my internet signal and it’s always strong so the issues have to do with the tv. I didn’t report this before bc I didn’t want to have to deal with returning this huge tv but I’m tired of having buyer’s remorse. This is an unsatisfactory purchase.

My husband absolutely loves this TV! Great quality and love the use of features. Super easy to change from input to input.

Picture is awesome…so vivid and clear. It is so different than my old TV which was 3 years old. Sometimes I feel like the show personalties are actually in my room. The TV is sitting nicely on a stand which is 16” wide and 53” long. The adjustable TV legs made this possible. The Geek Squad guys did an awesome set up job. Worth the extra cost…will use them again. So happy with Best Buy’s service. They did exactly what I needed and when I needed it…no surprises. I now have every app I want to view on one remote.

TV is very huge, which my family likes. Screen quality could be a little better, but other than that the TV is overall good.

So far I like this tv after about 3 weeks. It came with several apps for different content options, including Netflix, Hulu, etc. The one app that I was surprised is the Samsung TV one which has several live channel options. The only thing I don't love about this tv is the remote control which isn't very easy to use or intuitive. I'll probably be purchasing a better aftermarket item to replace it.

The TV was very affordable. The picture is great. It is an all around great television.
