Who doesn’t put a keypad on the remote? The toggle style buttons are too sensitive. When I want to go up or down I end up depressing the remote. Not a huge fan of the voice on the remote. I am sticking with my Cox remote.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and feedback regarding the design and functionality of the included remote control with your new 75" AU8000. Please know, many of the buttons on the remote feature multiple functions giving the low profile remote more control than it appears to have.
To assist you in the learning the various features, functions, and settings of the TV and Remote, you can download the User Manual and Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the AU8000 under Crystal UHD TVs > A Model Lineup.
Should you ever have questions or need help, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

Great TV at an exceptional price!

Now with football season, you couldn't ask for more. The non reflective screen is exceptional if you have a room with a lot of daylight. The reasonable price too makes this an excellent buy.

The screen is the perfect size to watch all of our favorite movies and sports events and Best Buy made my purchase easy for me with a no down and zero finance deal. We purchased our other 70" TV six years ago and I'm amased of the technology advances that today's TVs have. Thank you Best Buy.
