About a month after purchase a purple line about a quarter inch thick appeared at the top of the screen. It would not go away whether channels were changed or the tv was turned off and turned back on. Best Buy did handle the situation to my satisfaction. I was told this problem was not common.

Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

The only thing it doesn't have is the samsung gaming hub but hopefully it comes in a future update. You can't go wrong with this samsung tv and i definitely recommend it if you like having an immersive theater in your home. Worth every penny
