    The most bad TV .. the screen went black . I had to call for the service . It coast a lot to fix it !!! Its all in less than a year

    Its a decent TV. A few of the apps are outdated. Its always best to ise Roku or Firestick. The picture, action and movement judders a lot. It is not very smooth at all. Kinda disappointed. I am a big Samsung fan.

      We appreciate your feedback on the AU8000 TV. Please know we are here to help.

      First, I recommend ensuring your Software is up to date. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. It's possible that with a new Software Update, new apps will be in the built-in app store on your TV.

      Next, when experiencing juddering during action movies, please keep in mind that the compression of video content may cause picture distortions, especially in fast-moving pictures from sports programs and action movies.

      - If the signal reception is weak or poor, screen distortion may be visible, but it is not a malfunction.
      - Mobile phones used close to the TV (within 3.2 ft) may cause noise on analog and digital channels.

      Also, you can change your picture mode based on the content you are watching. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage.

    The salesman told me I would be abke to do picture in picture with my Alexa capabke cameras and I cannot. That was the reason I bought the tv. Everything else is ok with it. I wouldn't recommend it for what I was wanting and was told it would do.
