Great TV, pretty bad remote

I like how thin it is as I had to mount over my fireplace, so being thinner was a benefit. However, the remote is aweful. The controls to change volume and channel have very sharp edges that dig into my fingers.

I loved my Samsung and definitely will be purchasing a new one

slow speaking with voice

Best buy team came in and did it all. one thing is I've not gotten the lips/speaking to match up to the T.V. yet. We keep trying on the setting but get frustrated and just stop. (we watch alot of sports and you don't see lips)

I have it hooked up to a Samsung 2.1 soundbar, for my small living room this is great. I have owned Samsung for the past 10 years. Love the free Samsung channels. All my Samsungs I buy from BestBuy. Great people and Great service.
