Picture and sound are great with minimal blur (on broadband). Using with Samsung soundbar. Remote has minimal buttons and takes a moment to understand.

Only thing I noticed I wish it would have had more HDMI hook ups available. Like the TV glad I purchased it on Black Friday good deal good tv.

This TV is almost 40 pounds lighter than my previous TV making mounting easier. Works with most TV mounts or comes with a stand. The user interface is nice with many built in apps which contain free streaming. The remote is thin and integrates with devices you hook up. I have a Sonos sound system and this TV recognized not requiring any setup on my part, Everything just woks. If you have other Samsung appliances connected thought the smart app, you will get feedback on the screen. For instance, when my clothes are done washing or the dishwasher has completed a cycle, a pop up appears on the screen telling you so. I found this to be the best TV with all the features, thin profile for the money.

Thank you for choosing the 2021 AU8000 TV and for sharing your thoughts regarding the remote. Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for > than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appears. Pressing the RETURN button (looks like a curved, backwards facing arrow) returns you to the previous menu, pressing it while watching a program will take you back to the previous channel.

The smart tv software is good and so far we have been very pleased with the picture and experience. Pair it with a soundbar and you will be very pleased with the setup.
