Great hardware, not so great software.

The hardware is all 5 star to me, which is probably what's important to you, but the software leaves a lot to be desired. As a medium of experience--that is, the simple act of viewing a moving image--this is a great tv. As a user-friendly interface, this wonderful hardware needs some serious software help.

Perfect TV but horrible sound.

I really wish samsung put better speakers on the TV. It really would've been amazing. But definitely need to invest in a soundbar now. Unfortunately they have been doing this with all of their tvs.

Well worth the money

No issues yet. Geek squad set up was good as always. Third TV from best buy. They stand behind there products. 3rd Samsung and they never disappoint me.
