      Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

    Stupid interface on 700 model

    I hate the new 700 hour interface. The 600 shows samsungtv last chanel you are watching when the tv comes on, the 700 shows random channels every time. Frustrating experience! I also dislike the hub turning off whatever you are watching to go to hub center when changing between apps! I didn’t want to go through return hassle is the only reason I kept the tv.

      Thank you for your feedback on the CU7000 TV. Please know your TV does have the Last App feature to automatically start the last app you used once the TV is turned on. To enable this feature, follow the steps below:

      1) Navigate to Settings > All Settings> General > Smart Features > Autorun Smart Hub
      2) Enable the Autorun Smart Hub feature
      3) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Last App
      4) Enable the Autorun Last App feature

    Tv screen keeps breaking & experience was horrible

    Bought this tv new and right after mounting it on the wall, the top third of the screen was dark. Took weeks to get someone out here to fix it, after talking to them for numerous hours on the phone and the ticket never being submitted through the first time (they messed up on their end.) The tech came alone and made me help him carry the equipment from his truck into the house, and help him holding the tv while he repaired… what if I wasn’t able to do this? Not to mention that they denied helping me take the tv off the wall. But now they want me to help them hold it while repairing?? What an absolute joke of an experience dealing with Samsung and their third party repair companies. Never getting a Samsung tv again.

    Barcode Sticker on Screen of TV

    Some idiot decided to place a barcode sticker on the screen of the tv we bought. Tried to remove it after mounting and it comes off in little pieces. Now we have the remnants of a sticker right in view of our new tv.

    TV with factory defects

    Sometimes the TV turns off while I'm watching, it also stays frozen, I think it could have had manufacturing defects.

To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.

      Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

      Finally, if your TV is freezing, please try running a cold boot. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

    Bad wireless internet

    With my experience, i say to not purchase this TV. This is my third TV that I have bad experience with. All the TV’S I Purchased had the same problem. After 3 to 5 months, internet wireless will stop working. Youll have this screen at some point, if you purchase it.

    Picture quality wasn’t that good. I was expecting the colors to pop out but they were alittle washy, good TV overall still just not for gaming.
