The volume can get quite loud. It has all the streaming apps so my Firestick is useless now. Using Smartview to display my Android phone display on the TV is my favorite feature!

Picture on this is amazing with a sharp image and lots of color. Only complaint is the speakers don’t get super loud on this but if you have a sound bar like I did you will be impressed overall.

Good picture IF you go into settings and adjust it because it's super bright. POOR sound that can also be rectified by going into settings. Best this is to call Samsung support and they will walk you through it according to your needs. Everyone at the store kept telling me I need to buy an expensive sound bar to get decent sound but so far it's working out ok.

Mixed bag for new 75" Samsung TV

I have to turn the volume up to 60 just to get the same sound out i got at 10 on my older 65' Samsung TV. Also the legs on this tv are at the very outer edges of this tv (as opposed to being near the center on my 65" Samsung, so i had to buy a new tv table to place it on.

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

Thank you for your feedback on the CU7000 TV. If there is a sticker on your TV, it's likely it was placed on top of a protective film. If there is a protective film on your screen, it will be indicated with a large blue triangle in the upper left corner. The triangle will have an illustration showing how to remove the protective film.
If you do not have a blue triangle in the upper left corner, then that means there is no protective film on the screen, so please do not try to peel off anything. You will damage what is actually the screen.

It’s still a good tv. I’d rather have the Roku platform back rather than the Samsung. I am extremely happy with my purchase. It’s lightning fast and the picture is amazing.
