Wonderful TV! Amazing picture clarity, fast processor and the menu speed is nice. It works well with a firestick even though I don’t need one for majority of my applications. Will buy again.

I got the TV for my father. I love the TV, but there are a few things that are kinda hard for him to use, like the remote control, but he'll get used to it. LOL

Good size tv but after opening the box and repositioning to set the tv notice that was some few marks back of tv. Could be from delivery team to my house. Took few pictures of it.

I am a senior citizen and I had to save up to be able to buy this TV. It was purchased Jan 2024. Now Sep 2025 there is a vertical gray area on the screen that is approximately 12" wide. I paid a lot of money for a crappy tv. Shame on you, Samsung, because you know about this problem and these should have never made it to market. I am now going to boycott Samsung. I hope I am not alone.

If I could give this tv less than 1 star I would. Issues with reading signal from the cable box and/or Roku. Thank god I have a sound bar because the speakers are terrible. Less than a year in and there’s a huge line of blown pixels going vertical thru almost the center of the tv. Samsung has been no help as a model can’t be found in any of their warehouses so they offered me a model higher and cant find that in their warehouse either. Almost a month of dealing with this and still no fix. Oh and Samsung customer support will flag your number and you’ll receive a message saying “ you’ve reached the team on off hours” no matter the time of day you call. Absolutely horrible!!!

Having issues with this tv, from day 1, will be taking back and exhange for same or different one. On some shows not all you see dark lines, dark blurs, amd sometimes even pixelated squares popping up

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, run a diagnostic test. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. If there are no issues during the Picture Test, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines.
- If the display issues still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If the display issues appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step.

Bought this TV last year FEB 2024, the TV is now going on on the left side after just over a year FEB 2025 and warranty only covers 1 year. DO NOT BUYYYYY. Horrible tv worst buy ever. This is my second time reviewing since they deleted my first review stating the same thing.

TV went out 6 weeks after I bout it. That was 6 weeks ago and Im still dont have my tv repaired or replaced. Seems if Geek Squad comes out and fixes TV all is good abs Samsung supplies parts. Since repair has failed they now want to send a Samsung service tech out. Another two weeks. If they aren't successful then I may get the TV replaces. This is no reflection on Best Buy Geek Squad they have been great. Samsung customer service is terrible!

I have bought a LCD TV on best buy.TV price including tax was $1,028.36.
$28.36 i have paid at the time of purchase. Rest of the amount i was supposed to paid by installments. However, i was charged all the amount on my debit card. $1000 remaining i was supposed to pay back. But i am charged additonally $10,89.00. I want know how they have charged me extra amount?
