Changes in service process not that helpful

I didn’t like the fact that I had to give my name to be put on a que supposedly to quicken the wait time to get help. It only seemed to make it longer. Then associate that helped me seemed rushed and uncomfortable with other customers hovering to try to get his help next. Which I totally get. I would do the same. So I couldn’t ask questions I had wanted to ask nor did I feel comfortable asking about any other product I was interested in.
